The house is located at the end of Livadia Beach, Parikia's main beach. It is a relaxing 10 min. walk from the main port of Paros, past a large variety of beachfront restaurants, cafes, and shops. Everything including grocery shops, bakeries, and fish shops are within walking distance, so a rental car is not a necessity. There are many activities on Paros, like the closeby Nautical Club of Paros which offers sailing lessons. The sandy beaches of Krios, and Marcello may be reached on foot via a small path, or a 5 minute drive by car.       View from Livadia Beach: the marina & the opposite side of the bay.
